Having a large enough control over the money you have is can be one thing that can make you happy. There are some specific habits you can try to make your money under your control. With these few approaches, you will feel more happy :

1. Manage Your Finance
You do not need to hire a professional financial planner. You only need to apply some savings programs you understand so you can do it quickly and without hassle. That is the key.

People who are organized enough can get what they need quickly. They are generally happier than those who do not.

2. Don’t Pay All The Bills Together
Imagine if you have two credit card bills, electricity, water, phone, and insurance bills payed at the same time. Seeing a large amount of your money missing from the account balance at the bank is not a pleasant experience.

If each of these bills have different maturity dates, why not pay them directly when they mature? You will feel immediate relieved from liability, and less hard time to paying the debt.

3. Saving At Least Five Percent
There is a strong relationship between savings and happiness. If you can save at least five percent of it (ten percent is better & recommended), you’ll feel happy. This amount is not large. If your monthly income is $2500, then five percent means it’s only $125.

Saving a little money, if done regularly every month, at the end of the year you can use it for a vacation together with your spouse, get some Christmas Gift for your family or replace your old ‘ancient’ TV with a new one . Starting from five percent, after getting used of it, then you’ll be able to save ten percent easily.

4. Define and execute your goals
Achieving happiness is not the matter either you has reached the goal, but more important is the matter of making progress. Although to achieve this goal often you experience many disappointments, you must keep moving forward. The point is to motivate yourself. You just need to see the results you achieve to move forward.

5. Donate some of your money
There is no other way to increase your financial happiness in addition to making other people’s live a little better. There are many ways you can do, from giving capital for poor smart orphan who wants to be independent, or contribute to environmental conservation projects.

The people who help others with their money will not only feel happy, but will also be healthier.. Your happiness does not depend on how much you have, but on how you handle them.
